03Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, and fabric dye lots.

• All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

04Orders & Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is charged when your order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders suspected of fraud, bulk purchases for resale in violation of our policies, or orders with incorrect pricing.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for your options after delivery.

05Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete.
• For orders confirmed missing or damaged in transit by the courier, please contact us — you will receive a refund without having to return the package.

06Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Quality defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos or videos as evidence. Confirmed defects are refunded without requiring a return.
• Non-quality returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt, with return and redelivery shipping costs borne by the customer.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and packaging attached.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation; card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days.

07Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
