Surcharges, Insurance & Customs
Fuel & Peak Surcharges
Quoted rates exclude fuel surcharge, peak-season surcharge and remote-area surcharge, which are charged by carriers where applicable. Your final shipping cost is confirmed with you before shipment.
Insurance
Standard freight does not include insurance. Shipping insurance is available on request — please ask your sales manager when placing your order. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. For confirmed missing or transit-damaged packages, contact us for a refund — no return required.
Processing Time
Orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
